LDCO800 stands for Linear Direct Current Operator with 800 newtons. You will notice on their website they every once in a while call it "LCD". I guess they have similar problems as me.

I like this model because it is very reliable and simple. I’ve installed hundreds of these and I’ve only had three problems. .The circuit boards inside the head somehow got corroded as if liquid from a leak in the ceiling. I wasn’t too happy about this but just replaced the circuit boards. .The belt would squeak as it opened and closed. I don’t think it was a serious problem so did not replace it. .The opener quit working. I replaced the motor head.
